Diabetes Program (DP)
The DP offers a coordinated, comprehensive program that combines patient compliance with the expertise of a team of physicians, nurses, nutritionist and diabetes nurse educator, who work closely with the patient's physician to develop individualized programs for optimal disease management and prevention of long-term complications.
